Wow, so i've been lost in the ether for awhile to be sure. I finally graduated culinary school, got an internship for awhile in Cincinnati ( a meh city, good people though), and moved to the best place to become a culinary giant (or something along those lines) in the states... New York City!
So i start my adventures again, working 5+days a week, being broke as hell regardless, and loving every minute of the big city life. I hope to be able to explore all there is to see here on my days off and morning before work. That is of course if I can drag my ass out of bed.
Who knows, I may even be able to save up enough over time to get myself a decent camera. Then I'll really have a reason explore.
