I'm on a bit of a thai cooking kick. I just blew about $60 on spices at Uwijamia (Asian Market) in Bellevue. I now own what will turn out to be two years worth of different curry's, and fish sauce.
It's been a challenge to figure out the seasoning theories for Thai dishes. I'm averaging about two bads before I make one that works. I think that's what's making it fun though.
