Well, I'm feeling slightly less manically-happy, it's mellowed into a "life is aaaaawright" sort of happy. I really think I prefer that to busting-at-the-seams/going-nuts happy. Either way though, it's a step in the right direction.

I was gonna write "Tylenol PM," but for a while that seemed to give me muscle cramps... I tried some generic version last year, though, and it didn't.
I once went to the hospital in the middle of the night for something like heart palpitation (the term they used- vasovagal syncope, or something) that (I believe) was caused by Immodium. (I didn't use it after that; no longer have any need for Immodium ever.)

I'm still having a very hard time getting the stress out of my body. I found a yoga place near my apartment, hopefully I should be able to catch that tomorrow before I go insane or become inadvertently bulemic.
