Got to hang out with Dear Old Dad yesterday, since traffic in NE portland was kinda awful. Went and ate German food, and then wandered around the attached delicatessen where I got some Lion Smooches. Sounds dangerous. And yet they're vegan gummi treats! No gelatin at all. Wacky.
Inevitably the conversation turned to Firefly, and I threw him a few quotes, to which his response was to throw me back quotes that it reminded him of from Alien Resurrection. Same writer! Yay DOD.
