Man oh man. Went to go see Sisters of Mercy Friday, that was a concert like no other. I'm reasonably sure there were a couple people on stage, which may or may not have included Andrew Eldritch. Whoever he was, he made a hell of a lot of muppet noises. I ingested more fog than is probably entirely advised. And definitely more booze than was entirely adviseable, but yet I managed to avoid a trip to hangover-ville.

Not that there's anything wrong with cooling out with Rails (to know it is to love it), but I'm not one to dork out along that particular axis overmuch if it's not going to make me money. Ruby is a tripped out language though, it's actually beautiful. Read Why's Poignant Guide and see a taste of it. I've only read the first couple of chapters, but it's clearly a work of genius (though admittedly a bit twisted).
