NIN was beautiful and awesome, Queens of the Stone Age was hilarious and awesome. People watching was effing fantastic. I haven't had that much fun staring at people in ages. Rad.

Generally, other people singing Beatles songs is like nails on a chalk-board to me. They're overly literal, they put emphasis in horrible and predictable places, they're just not John Lennon, ya know? Last night, miracle of miracles, I heard someone singing Beatles songs that made me genuinely blissful. Dayum.

Yay, awesome birthday! Pirate Thursday drinking and delicious garlic bisque at the BoG, which was oh so much fun to smell coming out of my pores with a hangover. Then dinner with the lovely Yumchen and her boy, and the awesome soon-to-be-birthday-girl Hippomonki. We ate delicious goodies till we could barely move, mmm.
Tonight promises to be yet more fun, yay!! biggrin
