the banana bread is interesting. i've bought it twice. the second time, i was craving it as a dessert. as a dessert beer it works really well, but it's not on my regular list of beers to drink.

I thought of you the other day. I had the Alaskan Baltic Porter Ale. It was fuckin' A fantastic. Quite expensive. I found it at the same place where I found the Utopia I bought my father. Its called Ledger's Liquors in Berkeley. You should look it up online. They had four rows of 22's and four doors in the cold box. It was like heaven.

But in Nebraska. . . hmmm. . . the only beer destination I've really really heard great things about is Upstream Brewing. Can you get Three Floyds in NE? Or of course I always have a soft spot for the Smokestack series from my old hometown brewery, Boulevard. . .
