It's official. I'm headed to Vilseck, Germany.
Today, without any warning, the Army actually sent us information without us needing to beg for it. I'm very very excited, and comforted that we've received information so soon.
It's also a reminder of the long road ahead, full of paperwork upon paperwork and appointments and headaches.

No need to worry that postage will be more expensive over there. Going to the post office on base is just like in the states, one stamp on a letter will get you anywhere in the states. I left Germany in 2008 and don't know much about how the diff bases are now but I was there for 7 years in the Army so if you need some pointers let me know. You will have a great time in Germany. I miss it.
On an unrelated note I totally got to go to the Avs home opener again this year. Was awesome to see Forsbergs jersey raised to the rafters. Not so cool to see the Avs lose to the Redwings.

Yeah its been rough this season, and its one of those annoying were playing well but not scoring things. But worse than usual hahah since that seems to be our curse. I'm loving Arizona so far. The weather up north is amazing.
Phoenix Coyotes had some practices in Prescott and I got to see both. Got the jersey autographed one day and made flirty eyes at O'Sullivan the next day who flipped me a puck. I'm kind of crushing on him. He's my toothless boyfriend with daddy issues.
