FUCK YEAH! today i applied for my passport and apparently it takes only 10 business days to arrive in the mail! so happy! soon i'll be able to cross the border and shoot with oh so many photographers and hopefuls! woot woot!!

so Oz's birthday was a blast (for him anyway ... it was work for me, but a labor of love ) i made the rookie mommy mistake of putting coffee in his chocolate birthday cake
you should have seen him! he was like the energizer bunny on crack (or a toddler on coffee ... oh wait ... )
he got to see his aunties Sari and Sara and his auntie Nina, and we had great food and played in the park! oh and best of all, i climbed a tree! it's been years, so it was so much fun

work has been a blast! the rental section was a disaster when i returned to my post (since i was the only person who really understood and cared to take care of it) but i managed to fix the year of neglect in 3 days!!
very proud of me!
Sunday was surreal since at least 4 people seriously propositioned me to come home with them! it was a good day

right now the hubby and i are watching Hedwig and the Angry Inch. i swear i'll never tire of this movie! this and Shortbus!
