last night Oz woke and began screaming for quite awhile.
so i got out of bed and paced with him in my arms.
about 45 minutes later, he fell asleep and i crawled back under the covers, shivering and cold.
then my husband (who i thought was asleep - he could sleep through the apocalypse) wrapped his big, warm arms around me, and we cuddled until we both drifted off.
i felt like the luckiest woman alive
