OK, here's the deal. I am a gamer, I play tabletop RPGs. I sit around a table, with my friends, roll dice, and pretend I'm a ninja or a wild west assassin or a circus pilot. OK? That's what I do with my free time, that's who I am. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed about it, so deal with it.
I'm fucking tired of people making me feel like I should keep that shit to myself, like I should be in some sort of closet. Sure it's a geeky activity, but most people have thier own geekisms. Some people write poetry, some people watch anime, some people read manga, some people save up thier money for the collectors edition of Star Wars/LOTD/Debbie does Dallas, some people go to raves (I'm sorry, but clubbing+cosplay+glowsticks= geek), whatever.
So why should I feel bad just because I'm a geek (despite what others say, I'm not a nerd, fuck you) and enjoy a geeky activity? I'm gonna continue to play games, and I'm gonna continue to be proud of it. So kiss my ass.

I thought we went over this.
