Got an MRI the other day. I have two herniated disks, one enough to press on my spinal nerve bundle resulting in a nice shooting pain down my left ass cheek into my thigh every time I get up from a chair. Fun times.

Doc gave me two options: surgery or an experimental therapy regimen, the latter being cost-prohibitive since it's not covered by my inusrance carrier. I love my options...
