Well, the deal fell through due to the very unpleasant fact that it took our place so long to sell. The seller started getting antsy and wanted to be let out of the deal so we agreed. That place was in the West Village. We've since found and signed a contract for a place in *gulp* Jersey City. I never wanted to move to New Jersey until I saw this place. In fact, I'm sure there'll be some cosmic backlash due to all the bad things I've said about the residents, highways, etc. I've embraced my destiny at last...
