Well, I'm back at the Kinsey Institute where I intern for the Art Curator. I looooooooooove it there so much!
I'm going to be working on digitizing the George Platt Lynes collection and also assisting with this and that around the exhibitions. One of the things I offered to do is collect print donations for our archives. If your work is donated it will be properly preserved in our archives room. If you send a note to me along with it, I will be sure to scan it for digital storage.
If you're lucky, it will end up on our walls or in one of our exhibitions. I will also be announcing exhibition themes in here in case you have work that fits in and you'd like to submit.

Wow. What a great job. Who new that the Kinsey Institute had a collection. I'd imagine there's some useful specialized knowledge you'd get there--I'm not being a smartass. There must be a focus to the collection that prompts specific curatorial practices. I'd be interested in finding them out.

You could probably move to NYC, and intern at the Museum of Sex, or forget that line of expertise and go anywhere.

Yes I'm definitely going to apply to intern at the Museum of Sex next! Maybe next summer. It is a great collection and we're open to the public, you can make appointments for tours.
