smoked a cigarette last nite. just one. first one in 7 days. it was god awful. i think those urges will be very suppressed now. that makes me happy.

filled out the paperwork for the job yesterday. sweet.
first day is sunday nite and then on the schedule next week.
haven't smoked a cigarette in 5 days. from a pack a day to nothin, cold turkey. surprisingly easy thsi time. get weak urges but I have willpower now. plus i am fucking sick so the thought of smoking is almost painful.
