i think last nite was the best valentines day I've ever had!!!
my friend Paul called and told me to come see a band that he works with play with Bright Eyes (i don't like bright eyes). But, I figured the crowd at a Valentines Day Bright Eyes show would be a site to behold unto itself. plus it was free. so we went and saw the band Neva Dinova(?) and they were quite good. then we went backstage and did some drugs with Neva and hung out fucking around with people in the smoking section until Bright Eyes went on. some girls tried to tell us they liked our pants but that was only because thats where are passes were... they wanted to go see Conor. now, Paul and I were fucked up good so we started to fuck with the girls... we were dicks actually. Paul said we just got done hangin with Conor and doin coke... and I said I did a bump of his cock and the girl freaked out. it was funny but mean. =(
anyway, she didn't get our passes and then Bright Eyes came on. I was impressed. a little too political at some points for me, but he expressed himself well. but FUCK.. the first song. no drummer, the bass player could not stay on tempo to save her fucking LIFE without a drummer.
anyway, good show, great Valentines Day. I love Paul and everyone from Militia/Sidecho. yay for gay!
