I checked my e-mail today and discovered I had a message from a Fire Department I sent a resume to. They said that I was selected to take part in the physical portion of the hiring process they have going. So, in early January I will be flying to Edmonton to give it everything I've got and crush that physical so I can get myself an interview!

@sybil_ Thanks so much! I'm so very excited about this. It's a dream job and the opportunity of a life time. I definitely get a good boost from that type of thing too. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something to my full potential and not just stuck in this low end janitorial job. Wish me luck!
