Geez....

I feel so exhausted now. I love my kettlebells. Those Ruskies were some smart bastards. This is easily the fastest and most effective workout that I've found, so far. Not to say that it doesn't require hard work and a great deal of willpower. I should post some pictures someday to share the love. Any takers?
