"2nd & Burnside Sit-In" makes me proud to live in Portland today. I think it's the first Real protest that Portland has seen in decades. A lot of what happened here tonight was bullshit and some of it was way the fuck out of line.

I called my Exgirlfriend tonight just to see how she was doing and she went off for almost 5 minutes about how pissed she was about the protest. I just let her rant for a bit; There's no sense in trying to talk to her when she's that angry.
War sucks and unfortunately that isn't the first friend that I've disagreed with. I'm not one of those people that needs to yell and scream and I don't try and push my beliefs on other people. Why do my friends have to be so extreme in their beliefs?
