My tooth hurts. 
I hate it when it starts hurting like this. It means I have to go to the dentists (Which scares the crap out of me). I can go as soon as a pay off the previous bill but, until then I have to comes to terms with the fact that mouth is going to go into crippling spasms of pain every 2 minutes. Maybe some Tylenol-3 will help.
