I haven't been near as much active on here as I used to be either.  I can relate to a lot of what you said in the beginning of your blog.  I've had this fog...it's kept me from doing a lot of things.  Needless to say...my creative juices being stunted...is one of those things.  So...I barely write.  Well...the fog is slowly lifting.  So...I'm slowly getting some of my creativity back...and I'm trying to be more attentive to others' blogs, pictures, comments, etc. on here.  It's a slow process it seems.  It's good to be reading one of your blogs again...and seeing some of your drawings too.  Good stuff!  Glad you had fun with your visitor.  Sucks that you won't be able to make it to Blackheart Burlesque.  Hopefully you'll be able to make it at least somewhere for vacation soon though.  Everyone needs a break from the usual monotony.  Well...I'll end my book here.  Take it easy friend.  :)
