good morning, my lovelies! i'm off to an early start today, got up at 6 (but cuddled with the pups until 7), took them for a walk, had a nice little breakfast, and now i'm ready to start the day! fortunately for me my day consists of hanging out and cleaning a little whenever i feel like it 
well we just found out that hubby is leaving this week. i'm really bummed, but we all knew this was going to happen sooner or later.
i guess at this point it's best to just get it over with. we had a going away/my birthday party last weekend, and i want to thank everyone who came out! no pics unfortunately, but we know we had fun and that's what's important, right? anyway, it was great getting to see cinnamongurl, sikjoy, pikahyper, uproot, crystal, and valerie again. it was very important to us (well duh, why wouldn't it be?), and it made hubby feel really good that everyone wanted to see him at least one last time before he left. these next three months are going to be very difficult for the both of us, and it helps a lot to know that we have friends here who care about us! seriously guys, we love yall!! <3<3<3
this last weekend was also a ton of fun and very refreshing! we've spent the last few weeks since we've been back just hanging out at the house or other people's houses, and that gets old pretty quick. so friday we met up with some military friends we knew in ramona. we met some new folks, who are hilarious! we just had an all-around good time, but found out that they are getting stationed in pennsylvania for three years. that really sucks, but they are going to be only 75 miles from new york, so i'm looking forward to visiting them after they leave.
then saturday we met up with sinsemilla and her friends for the eek a mouse concert at mission beach. we had so much fun! we hung out on the beach, and were closer to the stage than some people who bought a ticket. for those of you who haven't met sinsemilla, you need to! she's totally awesome and i look forward to hanging out with her again soon! after that we hit up a bar with cinnamongurl. i'm very lucky to have her as a friend <3 a good time follows her everywhere she goes, and she's always been there for me! we got to see her a little on sunday, too, so that made me happy!
well i've been picking away at this blog on and off since 8, and hubby is getting home early today! so i guess i'll finish this up for now. i hope everyone has a fantastic week!
