So, out of comics - yes I am huge Marvel /DC fan -, out of all the movies and all the tv series, I gotta say that, my ever so favorite character would have to be Lorelai Gilmore portrayed Lauren Graham in the tv series Gilmore Girls by Amy Sherman-Palladino.
She's fun, decisive, she always has a comeback response for most everything.
Coffee-addict that survives mainly of take-out food, loves movies and she has this thing for snow...
She's the most charismatic female mom ever portrayed!
Even thou was an irresponsable young girl that became a great mom. Her relationship with Rory (her daughter) is perhaps the most fun to watch in television to date because they get along. Don't get me wrong here - i love the dramas and the no-so-original-but-still-realistic arguments in all the other tv shows I watch but to me, this is the one to be.
Some guys might say this is a very girly tv show, but I beg to differ. It is fun, the dialogue between the characters evolves so quickly that the 40-minutes episode seems to have only 20 in most of the episodes. After all, their motto was 'Life is short, talk fast'.
A bit of trivia here.. the average script for an episode of the show runs 75 to 80 pages, as opposed to 45 to 50 for a standard hour-long television show (;
