I've flown back to California (the non-burning part) for a week to visit my family. Except for a mild headache I can't seem to shake, everything is quite pleasant... smile

Wednesday evening I went up to London to see Die So Fluid. I saw
munch and taped the show. The audio isn't so great because I was standing about a foot away from the speakers....

As per my last blog entry, I saw Die So Fluid last night in Aylesbury. I think it was a warmup gig before going off to Finland. Anyway, they were great! I shot their set with my camcorder...the lighting was weird so it was tricky staying in focus and getting reasonable pcitures...but I think it worked out ok. Here's the first song of their set:...

I was being a bit of a fangrrl and I sent them a message on myspace to tell them how great the album is etc and Lady G actually replied to say thanks. I was thrilled!!! Ahem. I don't get out much lol.

Ok, I'm slowly getting better...but I won't be well enough to go camping down at the beach. frown I still get hacking couch fits and I still can't smell anything...meals are very bland lately... whatever

Goodish news: my contract got extended two months so I'll have a job until the end of September.

I haven't really got much more to say....think I might take a nap actually... wink

Well SomeOneUK says it sounds like my hard drive and the blue screen of death is telling me it's a problem with my hard drive... I don't have anyone nearby, but we have a local free lance man my parents call on for help...

My current computer is an Intel Pentium (R) 4, 3.00GHz with 2GB of memory. My hard drive apparently has 120GB or something or other memory on it... I don't think I've used it all - I certainly have plenty of RAM left on my two larger drives (my computer is partitioned). Actually have just looked and my Windows drive is looking quite full - only 12% free.

I pretty much just use it for internet and game playing - principally Sims 2. Hell, who am I kidding, I pretty much only play TS2. My computer is one big TS2 playing machine basically! I have a nvidia 5200 graphics card, so I could probably do with updating that. Thanks for any advice. smile I'm trying to learn!

And am glad you are slowly getting better... and yeah for work!
