My Canon 350. I think I'm going to shoot mostly in film next year, because I end up dragging my SLR everywhere and it's going to end up getting stolen (again), so I rather get practising with something more easily replaceable. I'd be interested to watch the films you shoot from your bike 
Last weekend I saw Philip Sayce at Dingwalls in Camden. He is a blues based rock guitarist similar to Stevie Ray Vaughan/Jimi Hendrix/Robin Trower in style. He also tours with Melissa Etheridge as her guitarist. I shot some video and it came out pretty well. Here's a song called Changes:
