Getting sick to my stomach with anxiety issues. I keep thinking it will go away if I stop thinking, but I can't turn off my brain.

I need to listen to all sorts of music that I know nothing about. The only Emo I know is Dashboard and that is okay music. I just can't stand guys whining all the time so right now Emo isn't great.
The profile thing named all these things a person is into and I know nothing about rockabilly and I like what people have played for me.
I'm a metal head!!!! Right now I'm listening to Aneme (Tool) and have Silverchair, Placebo, Slipknot, and Choke (a band from Louisinana) in my car. I want people to burn CD's of songs they like so I can get an eclectic taste of whats going around. If anyone can do that I would really appreciate it or just tell me where to go so I can download stuff.
