I think I have to get serious about the fitness. So yes I would be interested in doing the 12 week challenge, and as I said on Re's blog, I am not sure how much training I would be able to do but at least if I start with eating better, that's a start.

Send me a PM on what you would charge, and if you could send me that info and we can go from there. That would be great.

I need to do something. And thank you for offering to help me.
