I had a stomach virus last week too! Fuggin sucked! I didin't eat anything for close to 72 hours. I 'm sure I lost 10 pounds.

I think I have to get serious about the fitness. So yes I would be interested in doing the 12 week challenge, and as I said on Re's blog, I am not sure how much training I would be able to do but at least if I start with eating better, that's a start.
