Hi. Yeas, I appreciate the bf comming with me - but sometimes I do like to go it alone. Its about the only "me time" I give myself, so its more than just exercise for my body.
Im fairly sure I would have put on some muscle as I havnt exercised properly in so long. Im happy to build muscle a little - im not worried about that at all. And your right about not focusing on the scales too much. Its hard to not sometimes.
I was with furnwood gym for a year a while back and I learnt alot from them. Despite being so unfit through the most of my life, health and fitness has always been something that im interested in and so I'v always read a fair bit about exercise, diet and healthy living. So I feel I have the basics down pretty well. Im looking at developing a regular exercise schedual for myself as I need to commit to something otherwise it might all just get forgotten
Im thinking (per week) 2x 1/2 hour medium intensity cardio, 1x 20 high intensity cardio, 40 min light intensity cardio, 1x weights session, 1x flexibility session. This is to start off - for about 6 weeks, and then Ill change the track that im using for exercise and change the times and intensities. How does that sound to you?

west of beenleigh. But I LOVE the parks in brisbane. Particualy toohey forest at nathan campus - griffith uni. I uesd to live near there and fell in love with that place. I prefer riding my bike through there as its something I live to do - but cant do much of here since theres no paved walkways.
