Anyone under 30 and internet savy... I find that a tough demographic for Joe Biden to break into. Granted younger people dont tend to turn out to vote in droves it might not hurt their chances much. The fact that he supports RIAA, against privacy and wants to get rid of PGP and encryption is enough for me to look for other options.
