My gf has regrettably turned me into an obsessive about Project Runway. I hate myself for liking this show. True, it's less of a trainwreck than most reality shows, but I know nothing about women's fashion, and now I find myself yelling at the screen like I'm watching a football game.
I don't like the judges (Heidi Klum looks amazing, however), and I don't even like any of the contestants, although they can be funny and have designed some pretty cool stuff. I think what I like is watching the creative process at work. Being a writer, I often become fascinated by how other people create things.
In other TV news, I hate what they've done to Kimber and Matt on Nip/Tuck this season. The show has always been about the grotesque, but this subplot seems to be about how to make two attractive, likable actors look as nasty and disgusting as possible. Very depressing.
My Giants will make the playoffs this year, but frankly they don't deserve to be there. They're just not very good, and it pains me to watch their ineptitude sometimes.
Speaking of girlfriends, I have no idea what to get mine this Christmas. Nor, do I have any idea what we're going to do for New Year's. Ugh.
My company's Christmas party this week was an absolute blast! It was held at a Japanese hibatchi restaurant (we rented out the whole thing) and played video games and held a talent show. Great food, open bar and loads of laughs. Best company Christmas party I've ever attended.

Sounds like a fun Christmas party. My company doesn't do anything fun like that. Of course if they rented out a place it would have to be like....8 restaurants combined.

I added an asterisk.
