I don't know what's been causing this, but I've been forgetting everything lately. Everything. Errands I need to run, stories I need to write, places I've been, people I need to track down, words I'm supposed to include in sentences, things I've seen/witnessed, invoices I need to submit, being on time, questions I need to ask subjects during interviews, bills I need to pay, arrangements I need to make, commitments I've made, conversations I've had with people... yada yada yada.

I know some of it is due to just plain being busy a tad frazzled. But everyone's busy nowadays, so that can't be it. I've noticed this phenomenon a lot over the past few years. It's kind of weirding me out. I've got a trip to Vegas coming up in a week and half for work, and I'm scared I might forget and miss my flight. Well, I probably won't make that mistake but you get my point.

For example, I can't remember if I mentioned that my gal and I saw the movie "Once" a couple of weeks ago, and it was magical. Some of the best music I've heard for a film, and the overall vibe of the movie was so emotional and romantic that I, who can't wait to see "Live Free or Die Hard," was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Go see it, and buy the soundtrack.
