Christmas is only a week away, and I feel kind of blah about the whole thing. Not bah humbug blah, but just rather uninspired. I've grown really turned off by the commercialism of the holiday and all the unnecessary hoopla. I'm not a religious person, but the holiday is so far removed from what it was intended to be that it's sad.

But having said that, I still wish I had more money to spend on gifts.
