Sheer randomness:
I've developed a strange affinity for steel-toed boots. Off the top of my head, I've got five pair, and one pair of steel-toed treking type shoes. I need them for work because it's a rugged job that calls for foot and ankle protection, but I had a thing for them before I started working there. I'm not really sure why.
Lately, say over the past 3 or 4 years, I've become really anal about trying to keep my hands clean. I wash them a fair amount, but I mostly use those hand sanitizer products... at least 10-15 times a day. I'm not really sure why.
On and off over the past couple of years, I've written some fiction for a friend's adult website. He sends me photosets for which I write stories. And no, I'm not going to tell you what website, nor am I going to post them or send you copies of the stories. Not that I'm really embarrassed (after all, I just told you that I do it), but frankly because I don't really think they're very good. They're not really erotic in nature like Anais Nin, and I don't think I've ever spent more than 30-45 minutes writing any of them. It's kind of fun, but not very... what's the word... visceral. I've got another one due this week.
I'm trying to figure out a way to buy a motorcycle this year. But unfortunately, I don't think it's going to happen. First, I'm beyond broke. Second, I need to take a riding/certification course and I think most of them are full for the next few months. And third, I have this pesky neck/shoulder/nerve problem that would probably make it not a good idea to take on such a task. But I really want one, especially with gas prices continuing to soar (fucking Bush! fucking OPEC!). I'll keep working on it...
Does anyone here use Bank of America? If so, how do you like it? I'm currently using Wachovia but I think I'm going to change.

I use city bank. They are wonderful. Thought I'm not sure if there are a lot of those near you.
