A great step in my SG journey has been made. I made my first post to a discussion board! I'm sure I took it entirely too seriously but it was quite hectic nonetheless. See, the site froze up as I was trying to post my comment so I just clicked stop and then posted again but.. turns out it went through both times. A double post on my first try. Figures, but I was like its ok, I can just edit it, so I try to go back to edit but the site was closed for maintenance! So there I was panicking and expecting it to be closed until tomorrow morning when I'd wake up to find 10 people hating me and calling me a noob and thinking that I'm dumb and can't even post a simple comment. Thankfully, that was not the case and the site was up again in a few minutes when I was able to safely edit my double post and look like less of a dummy. In doing this however I noticed a grammatical error in my original post. So now both of my first two posts on the boards are edited, at weird time intervals mind you, because of the site being down. Great start Alley. lol.. I blame nervousness.
I realize that the fact that no one cares makes me kind of pathetic, but maybe cute? Or funny? Id take funny.

I did exactly the same thing when I did my first post on here. I also freaked out that people would be yelling at me and making fun of me because of it but I don't think anyone even noticed. If they did they kept it to themselves. Now I always recheck whatever I write before I post to make sure it is correct.
