ok...it seems i have joined another myspace page. this new layout sucks and its totally copied from myspace. its actually a little harder to manuver through than myspace. so i have decided that my time on SG is coming to a close. why pay for a suedo-myspace when i can get it for free from the source. i will be trying to contact each of my wonderful friends individually, so you can decide to continue our chats or to quietly let me go into the vast beyond. it has been fun here...but my time is done.

now that you got the hug, I'll say what I think needs to be said. From what you wrote I've been in this situationbefore, as I'm sure many other people have been. Anyway, you two seem like you have become dependent on each other but shouldnt even be together. Things are up and good and then things are down and bad. one's happy the other isn't. A roller coaster each day and when you think about changing things there are too many things to change and to resolve and it would be too complicated , things will get better, and everything sucks and I can't deal with this blah blah blah. Don't get me wrong, I empathize with you. Thing is, you need to get motivated and do the right thing for yourself and him and the next person you may fall madly and deeply in love with. Get off your ass and make some decisions. Make some decisions that may turn your life upside down and have you crying for days and maybe financially unstable and possible hopeless and helpless for a short time. You'll work through it. And it seems to me you definitely have people around to help you.

I'm not saying dump him, but breaking up might be part of the answer. You're vague in alot of other stuff, but it also seems you need change in your life and complacency isnt the answer, obviously. Things won't change, unless you change them. And those things you've been trying to change for a long time... they won't change over time, at least not with you two. He may meet someone else and change the way you wanted him to, and you might meet someone and change the way he wanted you to. But together its not going to happen. Don't not do something b/c your scared that it will be hard. It will be harder later.

A crappy job won't help things. You need to make some big decisions and maybe find a fun aspiring kickass job that takes you away and gives you responsibilities that gives you less time to worry about being scared or bored.

I'd love to keep talking to you about all this and my experiences and give you advice and support, but I realize I'm just typing and have no idea if any of this is worth anything. So, if anything clicks or helps I'm glad and hope all works out. That is, no matter how it works out, changes, doesn't change or whatever. Good luck. take care.

don't be scared to bring anything up. Just like procrastinating with the school work and stuff, it'll only get more and worse. Deal with it now even if you think things are running smoothly cuz other things are good. Tackle them as soon as you can.

Unfortunately, no one is against you except yourself. With college and maintaining your own life, having a relationship doesn't make things any easier. I can tell you that I have never had a screaming fight while in a good relationship though. I can distinctly recall screaming fights in abusive relationships that I am 100% glad to be free of.

Try giving your relationship a break, it sounds like it needs it. If its meant to be, then you will both be ready to talk out issues in a few weeks when finals are over. I probably have allot of other non-sugar coated advice, but having my own physics class problems I am feeling a bit broken.
