Indeed a song. It's called "She's a Jar" by Wilco. Figured I'd tit for tat you on the "Jar" banter. And with "jars" we segue to "bottles". More specifically, green ones. I understand the whole green/brown thing. I believe it has something to do with the way light hits the beer. Brown, obviously being the darker so less light gets in. At least this is what I've heard on more than one occasion when the mysterious question arose.
