The cat is ok.
Well, right now he's freaked out and high as a kite.
We ended up at a vet from midnight till 3, The vet confirmed that Zot had a block. The original price estimate would leave us with only the option to kill the cat, so th vet came up with a plan to only remove the block and do several rinses, without overnight stays and diet regulation and careful monitoring, that would leave us with a living cat we would have to keep a closer eye on. That we could do.

I'm so happy we still have him. Of course, I'm so tired I could cry.
