I need a community based theatrical space in NYC (upper four boroughs) that can seat up to 300 people. Proximity to lower Manhattan ideal, though at this point other boroughs will do.

Most theatres down there are too small.
We are a children's theatre that operates during school hours only with a very small budget. Brainstorming this many days in a row with no adequate solutions hurts my brain.

So far we aren't going to:
Minetta Lane Theatre, Players Theatre, Abrons Arts Center, La MAMA Experimental Theatre, BMS, and many many more!
