I'm still here.
You'd hardly know, I know. I check the site 4-5 times a week but never have the time and energy to blog.
News Today:
Zot is okay!
Alright, you never knew he was at death's door, but trust me, on Tuesday my favorite cat in the world (not my cat, my boyfriend's) was just about past dead when my man rushed him to the vet. I can't remember ever seeing my man so panicked. Now he's home safe. He smells quite awful, but he just started purring again so all is good in the world. Oh I love that Tennessee Long Cat....
Meanwhile, in the past four days, my little cat has changed relationship to the house I live in. She now goes EVERYWHERE. The old crotchety cat (not Zot) has no territory left that she can call exclusively her own. Sure they fight more, but that doesn't stop her. Now she's back to doing adorable kittenish destructive things all over the house. There's nothing she likes more than figuring ways to knock fragile items off of whatever surface they are living on. I tell ya, when I move people will think I have kids due to how toddler-proof everything will be.
That's my Dina...
I wrote a song last weekend. When it get's recorded, you'll hear it (somehow...). I wrote it for the production of Torch Song Trilogy I'm sound designing. It's not written in a genre I'm particularly familiar with or comfortable writing in. I'm surprisingly pleased with the results.

I have another idea for a set. It's one that I ADORE, and that certainly hasn't been done before (one that would be the first of a two parter, assuming the first got accepted). It's very dark. Unfortunately, I'd need Ilectra to do it. I live a little far away, and I'm not gonna get to travel anytime soon.
If you like, lady, I'll tell you my idea sometime.
EDIT: Okay, I had totally missed the rather large announcement that she's gone, on the way out, and so forth. Le sads...
Love to you...
