I have yet to here back from the folks at Elektrafire, so I'm ready to say I didn't get it. I wish they'd contact the ones they didn't cast anyway just to let us know. Really, it's the polite thing to do.
Good news to balance the bad:
Remember that lovely little chica I was lusting after? I finally saw her again when we both took some coaching from a mutual friend this past Friday for that rock opera audition. She is ever affectionate (in that same way that drives me insane).
Even better, she tells me the puppetry troupe she works with need new actors, and I'm the first person she thought of.
Let's see:
I'd get a new job AND work with awesome girl?
Sweet.
I try not to get my hopes up and instead get work done. So far, not so good.

But they say as one door closes another opens, and if the door that opens has a new job and a lovely little chica behind it, how bad can that be?
Good luck with both
