Pretty uneventful weekend. Chad and I drove to Gilroy to check out the new Guitar Center on Saturday. Chad got another speeding ticket, what is it with people getting tickets while I'm in the car? Guitar Center was kind of disappointing, all the stuff I expected and have already played with in San Jose. We had dinner at In n Out with Patrick and discussed what a huge scumbag he really is. Spent the rest of the night restringing Lenore and working on Dancing in Quicksand songs.
Sunday was much of the same, ignoring the world and playing guitar. Chad and I went downtown to peruse the selection of guitars at Union Grove and Starving Musician. He found some other guitar he wanted, seems like he falls in love with a new guitar every month. Oh well, still better than a different girl every month right?
Today started out with me waking up late, coming into work where everything is fucked up(like it usually is when I have two days off in a row). I clumsily dropped my 180 dollar glass bubbler, which shattered into 180 pieces(I wasn't even smoking, just showing a friend.. I'm just a sloppy bastard). Oh well no use crying over spilled milk.
I still haven't built up the courage to tell my friend that I think she flirts with me too much and I don't want it. I'm such a pussy.
Today just happens to be my brothers birthday. My sisters is in a few weeks.
Coheed show in a few weeks too, I'm excited.. maybe this month won't suck as bad as it looks like its going to.
I've been going on a lot of late night Pleasure Point wanderings lately, its cool discovering places and seeing things you ignore when you just drive by.
I'm sick of this rain today, sunny tomorrow bullshit, make up your mind.
oh and I'm going in on the 20th to put 3 more hours on my Phoenix.
I don't know what I'm talking about, so I'm going to stop now.
