went to teh doctors today. i'm in good health as far as physically and stuff. we reviewed my medical history and i somehow forgot that i had surgery on my right knee about 7 years ago. how in the hell do you forget something like that. i found an herbal remedy to cure my not being able to sleep on my off days, it's melatonin or something.

i went into newbury comics and saw a bunch of lenore lunch boxes and thought of Sid. time to get back to watching the sox after the angels tied it up and head into work.
