well that stint the other day with my back must have been something really minor cause i feel like new. and since i pretty much slept all of monday i feel like new in that department. so i'm going to be taking up some good ole dirt bike riding with some friends. i'll be new hampshire for a good part of the day. it's going to sound something like this;
