My body doesn’t seem to recover as quickly as I remember years ago. I successfully moved 8000#’s of concrete by hand in 9 hours and mixed it to pour a new slab in the backyard for my shed extension. Of course between my projects from work and taking care of family I’m a bit burnt out. I’ll get 6 hours of sleep then continue onto the next project, digging 10 holes and putting up a new fence by myself.
