i hate people.

i hadn't been to a concert in forever. saw whitestripes last night. i'm pretty sure i didn't pay $70 so i could look at the shoulderblades of a drunk brick shit house of a guy. what the fuck? there should have been some kind of iq or tolerancy check before letting people in.
and FUCK overaged gigs. why would you pay $70 to see a band and then get drunk so you ruin the event for others and probably forget most of it? gah. i'm pretty sure the world's shittiest venue also overbooked so i had the joy of watching people pass out from heat exhaustion.
people are greedy and retarded.
and it's generally hell when you get thousands of greedy retarded people together and give them alcohol and then put something they really want up on a stage about 10 meters away with security guards blocking the way.

i love meg and jack. meg looked a billion times sexier than her cd slip photos. jack is a guitar god.

the support band were suprisingly cool. whirlwind heat, i think. from michigan. the lead guy was a psycho performer, like ian curtis. but hopefully with less suicide. plus.. moog synthesiser. how can you beat it.

one of my friends is meant to be coming over to share the joy of matrix and matrix reloaded on dvd. i want pizza and dvds. it can be a good end to another really shitty week.

i went to the gym today. probably to fulfil some unconscious desire to kill myself. but i survived the ordeal. and i think i feel better. vaguely.
now i can eat crap and watch movies.
