i followed the fish for several blocks before i lost sight of it and was forced to find something else to do. i would like to know where swimmy little fish go when they disappear from the street, but as i have yet to catch one i have not had the opportunity to ask. the spiders claim that fish do not go all swimmy around cafes, but spiders are known to lie except for when they are not.
the caffeine is nice, but it is still no substitute for what i have been forced ot give up. i miss my drugs, i miss my dreams, and i still wonder about the swimmy little fish in the streets.
i watched a bunch of children since i was no longer following the fish, but children disturb me as their play at innocence is a lie. children lie more then spiders, and are infinately more fearsome.
so i went to the cemetary to hide from the children as they are foolish and do not yet know the secrets the bone yard will give to those who visit. the old trees and i conversed at length about the things that trees know, though they still will not tell me about their dreams.
"tree dreams are not for men." the willow told me, but men dreams seem to elude me too. willows are wise, though all bow to the knowledge of the sequoia. perhaps they know where the swimmy fish go when they are no longer being followed?
