alright.....so here's the story:
Sometime last week (wed, or thurs evening) my sister's ex went by her apartment.......when he got there he noticed a car being towed and a man being led away by police.
well, when the cops searched the man's car they found a notebook full of information on a bunch of girls......(phone numbers, addresses, jobs). The book included my sister.
The man had been watching her comings and going from her work at Nordstroms and used her license plate to get her address.......he was at her apartment complex when the cops pulled him over for a suspended license.
The man's name is Tim Cole and he is a registered sex offender. And despite the fact that the cops found his stalker handbook in his car, he has not been arrested because he hasnt really done anything yet. This is bull-shit. They wont arrest him until something goes down (like him killing or raping a girl) so my sister is forced to live in fear at her apartment, because the man is free and he knows where she lives.
This is quite fucked up.....and if you somehow know this man.....fucking kill him damnit.
