PETA or not PETA? Earlier this week I heard about this horse that was being neglected so today I went to clean its living space. It was so sad, the buildup in its shelter was nearly waste deep (about 3 feet). There were boards with nails and 100s of yards of bailing twine all over. She had no hay and all the lady was feeding it was grain. The horse was so shaggy and had not been brushed in at least two years. I didnt have a brush but with my hand got a good portion fo the old hair off. She had wax built up in her ears so bad I cant figure out how she can hear.

Since animal control will not do anything after numerous calls, is it time to call PETA? I dont care for PETA but do care about an animals well being. Very sad, INPUT PLEASE!!!!!
