groundshattering? nothing new? an okay night at work; I've decided to love the semi coln, andmy new spelling system, aka screw upo and ignore it. just pertend it's esperanto. yeah, thats; th ticket.
I'm very frustrated with my mothers house- like I said nothing new- I'll be really happy when we move in jan. for the following reasons:
my mom will stay here. I will move
she will not be able to make messes in my apartment.
THere will be no food rotting in the fridge
she will not be able to eat all the good food i buy.
THere will not be dog hair EVERYWHERE (allergies...)
The love of my life willlive with me.
I'll be out of my mothers' house before i'm 30.
there will be room for me to do yoga and practice capoeira moves inside without everything I own crammed into one small room. and then there's the dog hair thing.
there are a number of other irritating personal/houskeeping habits of my mothers that I hate but refuse to mention in public.
I'll be able to sleep naked.
cooking will again be possible with out cleaning her shit upfor an hour before.
THe woman leaves bones from her food lying around. Jesus Christ.
and she won't let me burn insence even the the place stinks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the PDX capoeira listing. I'm hoping to seriously check it out after the whole christmas hoo-ha. I'm going to try to get involved in a regular physical practice of some sort. Here's my tentative list: intermediate yoga, belly dance, classical Indian ballet, tango, and now capoeira. Now I just need to find some time and $$$$.
I'm so sorry that the site ate your initial comment. SG was acting all funky when I was on last night too. I get the feeling that they may have to upgrade the servers. The site is probably getting a ton of traffic what with all the exposure it's been getting lately.
